Our founder, who has a background in midwery, established MammaMaternity to provide a safe environment with trusted, expert staff dedicated to offering culturally sensitive and intentional care for individuals of Black and Black heritage who are soon to become parents.
Inspired by her experiences in a high-demand maternity ward, along with the insights of her knowledgeable educators and her own lived experiences, Shantelour founder) felt compelled to create a space where outcomes are equitable, safe, and as positive as possible.
An individual's skin color should never be a barrier to this care!
